Introduction
These terms govern your use of 360 Lawn Solutions's lawn care and landscape services, this website and its estimate form (together, the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Estimate requests
When you ask for an estimate through this website or by phone, you are asking us to price work; you are not booking it and nothing is charged for the estimate. We read every request and call you back to talk the job through before quoting. An estimate is subject to our confirmation and to what we find when we see the property.
Prices and what can change them
A price we give you is based on the property as described and as we find it on the day. If the work turns out to be materially different — a larger lot, ground that has been left much longer than described, access we were not told about, debris or damage that has to be dealt with first — we will tell you before carrying on, and agree the change with you rather than adding it to the bill afterwards.
Scheduling and weather
Lawn and landscape work runs to the weather. Rain, standing water, frozen or saturated ground, and storm damage can all move a visit, and a scheduled day is a target rather than a guarantee. We move work to the next suitable day and do not charge for a visit we did not make.
Access to the property
Please leave gates unlocked and access clear on the day, and tell us about a dog, a code, or anywhere on the property we should stay out of. Please also mark anything buried or easily damaged that we would not see from the surface — irrigation heads and lines, invisible pet fencing, low-voltage lighting, cables, septic lids, and new planting. We are not responsible for damage to anything buried and unmarked.
If we cannot reach the work because a gate is locked, a vehicle is in the way or a dog is loose, we will contact you and reschedule.
Payment
No payment is taken through this website.
Cancellations
Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or postpone a scheduled visit.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure the areas we are to work on are clear of toys, furniture, pet waste, hoses and anything else that would have to be moved, and that you have the authority to have the work done — if you rent, or the property is managed for an owner, that permission is yours to obtain.
Chemicals and treatments
Fertilizer and weed control are applied by the label and by Missouri state requirements. Where a treatment calls for people and pets to stay off the lawn for a period, we will tell you how long, and we ask you to keep to it. Results from any treatment program depend on weather, soil, watering and mowing between visits, so no particular result is guaranteed.
Limitation of liability
While we work carefully and to a standard we stand behind, we cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or will meet every requirement you have. 360 Lawn Solutions shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather; for damage to anything buried or concealed that was not marked; or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid for the work giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
If something is not right
Tell us. Call, or send us a message, and we will come back and look at it. We would rather put a job right than argue about it.

The content of this website is provided for general information only. You must not use it in any way that might damage, disable or impair it; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; extract data from it by automated means; or use our name or artwork without permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold 360 Lawn Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these terms.

We may update these terms at any time. The revised terms take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after a change indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
